Oct 16, 2022 · Ups can't find my package details. On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon. It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th. By the 11th/12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up. My Amazon order page says the package is running late and 'should' be here by the 18th.
May 14, 2022 · When customers call us on the UPS hotline regarding this Amazon return what usually happens is that you would make a request for Amazon to have a ups driver come pick this up but Amazon is sometimes slow in contacting us or even creating the label for the rerun and also once the label is created then the ups driver will come the next business day.
If it hasn’t been handed off to UPS yet, how could they accurately estimate? 90% of these come down to the shipper printing the label/tracking and not physically shipping the box yet. That allows them to mark it as shipped to hit their metrics, without doing the work of shipping yet. Add a couple days for them to pull and pack and then UPS ...
Jun 11, 2022 · When a trailer departs or arrives at a UPS facility the packages in that trailer get a scan based on that. If you have a departure scan you will eventually see an arrival scan. For most long distances (greater than 2 days of travel) UPS uses sleeper teams or rail to move trailers in order to more efficiently move trailers.
Jan 5, 2023 · The export from our warehouse will include the Carrier (UPSPAR or FEDEXGRND) and the associated tracking number. It will also include the date the order shipped. Is there a way to pull in from the UPS/Fedex site the updated ETA and the Updated order status for each shipment line? Thanks.
Nov 19, 2021 · Have they gotten rid of it permanently? I feel like, at the rate they've been stripping features from online tracking, within a year or two it's literally just going to tell you when your package has shipped, and when it's been delivered. Seems to be a trend toward greater opacity between corporations and both their customers and their employees/contractors.
I recently dropped off a package at a UPS store that had a prepaid label. It shows no movement on the tracking number…the recipient never received it. I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it.

Jul 5, 2023 · In this instance, the shipment left the warehouse back in March. Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can't be tracked online. If one of our reps calls UPS, is the customer service line able to track shipments that old and tell us who signed for it? Thanks! Archived post.
